Logistix is complete distribution management software for a distributor or producer in Algeria: customer orders, production, multi-warehouse stock, purchasing and delivery of goods to the customer. You receive the full source code, ready to install on your hosting.
Distribution management software covering the whole sales chain, from quote to payment
Quote → purchase order → numbered delivery note → invoice → payment. Each customer has its own price list (wholesale, semi-wholesale, retail or special price), sales by unit or by carton, with 19 % / 9 % VAT, discounts, stamp duty, credit limit and a below-cost alert. Gap-free invoice numbering, weekly or monthly grouped invoices, credit notes and printable account statements.
Stock, batches and expiry dates
Real-time stock per warehouse, transfers, physical inventories with a variance report. Perishable goods are managed by batch and expiry date: automatic FEFO picking, expired batches blocked and full traceability from batch to delivered customers.
Production and purchasing
Bills of materials and manufacturing orders with automatic consumption of raw materials and real cost. Local purchases or imports (currency, exchange rate, bank domiciliation, D10), partial receipts and landed costs passed on to the average cost price.
Delivery and driver app
Each shipment has its tracking number, driver and vehicle, with a barcode label and a route sheet. The driver app installs on the phone without any app store: today's round, one-tap call and directions, photo and signature on delivery, cash collection and problem reports with GPS position.
Technical
